Slate and Sage primarily supports clients purchasing in Queensland.
In some cases we can assist with buying in other states, and have trusted partners on the ground around Australia.
Do you work with interstate or overseas clients?
Yes. Many clients are located interstate or overseas. We coordinate inspections, reports and provide video and written updates.
We can also recommend trusted, local professionals including Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners and Building & Pest Inspectors.
Do you receive commission from selling agents or developers?
No. We are engaged and paid by our clients.
We do not accept commissions or referral payments from selling agents or developers, or any of the professionals we may recommend.
Can you advise me on loans, tax or super?
No. We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice and are not licensed to recommend financial products.
We encourage you to work with a mortgage broker, financial planner, accountant and solicitor for these specialised services. We can help put you in touch with trusted professionals if you need help finding this type of support.
How do your fees work?
Fees vary depending on the level of support you need. We will talk through this during your discovery call and provide a clear written proposal, including all fees and charges. We value transparency, so you will know exactly how much you will pay from the outset.
